  4. The undersigned hereby applies for permission to make certain building improvements as described below. (Plans to be submitted if required by the Building Inspector.) All construction to be completed in accordance with the Zoning Laws and Building Regulations of the City of Rutland and the state of Vermont, and conform to the Regulations of the National Building Code and any and all Federal Regulations now in effect.

  1. DETAILED PLANS ARE REQUIRED WITH ALL APPLICATIONS, LICENSED ENGINEER SITE PLANS FOR ALL NEW STRUCTURES **CHECKWITH BUILDING INSPECTOR FOR LIST OF PLANS REQUIRED**
  2. I, hereby certify that the foregoing is true to the best of my knowledge, so help me God.
  4. APPLICATION FEE - Basic charge of $20.00 as provided in 1022. New Construction is to be $.10 per square foot. Renovations to existing buildings shall be $1.50 for every $1,000.00 of the construction cost, up to $485,000. For such value above $485,000. shall pay $.50 per $1,000.00 of construction cost.
  5. IF CONSTRUCTION IS NOT STARTED WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF APPROVAL DATE, SAID PERMIT BECOMES NULL AND VOID.
