The Inspiration for the Peace
Train was…Peace. It was the thought of
combining a colorful and fun design with a positive
image. Thank you to the following people for their
help: Ange Barton, Lisa Walker, Aaron Louis, Nancy
Scarcello, Dawn Myers, and Bill and
Sandy Walker.
Some thoughts on the Peace Train…
• The Peace Train does not ride on
train tracks, because tracks are confining. The
peace train can go anywhere.
• The peace signs in the coal car make the
train go. Peace fuels peace.
• As the train travels around, the doves fly
off and spread the message.
• Instead of a pointy sharp cow catcher, the
Peace Train has “Happy Face Biongies”
to gently nudge you out of the way.
