Who is not inspired by Halloween?
It is a holiday that is loved by young and old,
a day that essentially marks the transition from
autumn to winter, a time of ghostly images as well
as children in costume going trick-or-treating.
Our city celebrates Halloween with its bigger and
better each year Halloween Parade - floats and bands,
color and movement, the frightening and the exciting
- an Event for children of all ages!
